This dataset contains the E. faecalis sequences (all available assemblies from the NCBI as of 2 February 2020 which could be assigned to a multilocus sequence type), their multilocus sequence types inferred with the mlst software (v2.18.1) using the MLST scheme described in 10.1128/JCM.02596-05, and accession numbers used in the mGEMS publication as the reference dataset.
