Python scripts for analysing PALM output data and comparing against mobile air quality measurements.
Content and short descriptions:
datasets_to_same_time_and_grid.py: synchronize the observations from a mobile laboratory Sniffer, a drone and stationary measurement sites.
lib_performance.py: library for calculating performance measures
plot_against_sniffer.py: plot the observed horizontal distributions from Sniffer against PALM model output
plot_bc_met.py: plot meteorological boundary conditions
plot_chemical_composition.py: plot chemical composition observations from ACSM against PALM model output
plot_child_on_parent.py: plot the model domains (root, parent and child)
plot_diff_ntot.py: plot the difference in the horizontal distribution of near-surface total aerosol number concentration (Ntot)
plot_ldsa.py: plot the alveolar lung-deposited surface area (LDSA) of aerosol particles from the drone observations and PALM simulations
plot_ldsa_same_fig.py: same as plot_ldsa.py but for plotting all simulation times in the same figure(s)
