This is the source code of the chemistry-transport model TM5-MP model developed and run for the simulations presented in the manuscript: "Description and Evaluation of a Secondary Organic Aerosol and New Particle Formation Scheme within TM5-MP v1.2" authored by T. Bergman et al. currently under review by journal Geoscientific Model Development. This version includes the changes in order to run extra simulation described in the paper.
